
Lenore Cicala – CEO
Lenore was born and raised in New York City and graduated from Yale University in 2008. She worked in finance for 10 years, including 5.5 years at PennantPark where she deployed over $500 million of capital in private credit and equity investments in middle market companies, primarily focused on investments in the healthcare, wellness, and consumer sectors. Since 2017, Lenore started her own company to provide business consulting services to private businesses, and she currently works as a Director of Alternative Investments at the venture capital firm, Caerus Investment Advisers, and is studying to get her Executive Masters in Luxury Management degree from SDA Bocconi in Milan.
Lenore was among the earliest riders of the SoulCycle E83rd Street studio starting in 2010 and completing over 1,000 classes across the various studios in New York City over 11 years. In December 2021, Lenore and her family relocated to Milan for work and identified a gap in the market for a high-quality boutique fitness studio focused on cycling.
Nick Oram – COO
Nicholas Oram is a veteran fitness entrepreneur and executive with a proven track record of starting up fitness studios. Nick was a founding master instructor with SoulCycle from 2009 through 2013 and was also involved in business development for SoulCycle.
From 2014 through 2016, Nick opened studios in London with Psycle and helped them scale and reorganize the business. From 2014 through 2017, Nick started Revolution (serving as Executive COO) and opened four locations, with the first two spin studios in Charleston, South Carolina, and studios in San Antonio and Austin, Texas, as well as a pop-up studio in Los Angeles in partnership with Nike.
In 2017, Nick created Ryde Cycle, which had two attractive locations, Union Square in New York City and Washington, D.C. In 2018, he launched the spin studio, Bespoke, in Boston, Massachusetts, which now has 6 locations across the United States
